Great service. I am a first home buyer and I was very impressed with the attention to detail that Steve and his assistant provided. Steve was very friendly and was happy to answer any questions I had and also provided suggestions for future repairs. The report was very through and i received same day as the inspection. The report goes through over 80 photos and with comments of defects or observations. Highly recommended.

Simone & David were excellent to deal with. They were the only company that could have the property/pest inspection booked in within 3 business days. David took only 45 minutes to complete 161 photos & comments on a massive 6 bedroom home. Simone had the report emailed to me within 6 hours. They have both exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend.
